At Nail Nest, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your nails! If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

We do not accept returns on used nails, opened glue, or custom sets (due to hygiene reasons).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or bank account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the item and your order number to info@thenailnest.store or WhatsApp us at 03210003243, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
